About Me
Thanks for visiting my website.
Since qualifying in 2020 I have helped many people gain a better understanding of what good nutrition actually means, and how to achieve it, whether that has been for sports performance, better health, improved knowledge, or a mix of all three.
I advocate resistance training and exercise, but my nutrition services range from non-sport related and beginner to sport-specific for the experienced athlete or fitness fanatic. As well as trained athletes, I help people who are busy juggling a profession and a home-life with little or no time to spare, or who are just getting started on their fitness journey.
All of my approaches are based on you as an individual, and tailored to suit your requirements.
As well as helping to interpret data including InBody, BMI, and anthropometry (body composition) measurements, as an MNU Certified anthropometrist I can carry out calliper skinfold testing to International standards when required.
