Menopause and Me

Through sharing my story, and my own journey with nutrition, I hope to share some of my insight and knowledge with others who may be facing the same challenges. I found it incredibly difficult to find information about nutrition that could reliably support my health and wellbeing, and that’s ultimately what led to me pursuing a qualification; I channelled my passion and interest into structured learning, in order to be sure the knowledge I was acquiring was sound, trustworthy, and safe - I didn’t know where else to turn.

PCOS, weight loss, PMS, hysterectomy, menopause, HRT, exercise, and health - I have first-hand lived experience of them all, and in some of my talks I discuss openly the things I have experienced, the challenges I have faced, and how my journey led to my certification in.

I weave tips and information through my story, illustrating the things that worked and the things that didn't work - bringing them to life better than any lecture or presentation could, through anecdote and example.

I am always touched by the feedback and warmth I receive at these events, it never ceases to amaze me, and the connection with others is priceless.

If you'd like to find out more about my journey and my talks, please get in touch with me.
